CareerNext is ClearPointHCO's guided career-transition platform. It brings Career Explorer, Smart Job Apply, Interview Center, Learning & Upskilling, and Coaching together in one place, personalized to your program and your real activity -- rather than a set of separate, disconnected tools.

Start on your Dashboard. It shows where you stand, what needs your attention, and a short list of Next Best Actions based on your own activity -- not a generic checklist. From there, follow whichever action makes sense, or explore any section from the sidebar.

CareerNext looks at what you've actually done -- your Career Profile, saved and applied-to jobs, interview practice, learning activity, and coaching progress -- and uses that to prioritize your Dashboard's Next Best Actions and Career Transition Progress. Nothing is personalized from data outside CareerNext, and nothing is shown that isn't included in your program.

The main sidebar has six sections: Dashboard, Career Explorer, Smart Job Apply, Interview Center, Learning & Upskilling, and Coaching. Help & FAQ, Account Settings, and Log Out sit in their own separated area at the bottom, since they're not part of your career-transition work itself.

On a smaller screen, tap the menu icon in the top-left corner to open the sidebar as a panel; tap any link, or tap outside the panel, to close it again. Every CareerNext page is built to work at phone width, not just resized down from desktop.

A few pages -- your full Career Profile, Target Companies, Career Assessment, and Notifications -- moved out of the main sidebar to keep it focused on the six core sections, but they're all still there. Your Dashboard links to each one from the relevant Next Best Action or Career Tools row, or you can go to them directly.

Career Explorer covers career paths, salary intelligence, skills and skill gaps, job market outlook, target companies, and recommended next career moves -- all grounded in real labor-market data (O*NET and U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics), not estimates.

The Career Assessment helps clarify your strengths, interests, and priorities, which Career Explorer then uses to suggest career paths and next moves worth considering.

Smart Job Apply is where job discovery, matching, saving jobs, and your application tracker live -- everything that used to be several separate sections (job search, auto-apply, application tracking, offer negotiation) is now one consolidated, relabeled experience, still entirely within CareerNext.

Yes -- Target Companies lets you keep a shortlist you can revisit as you search.

Interview preparation, AI-assisted practice interviews with feedback, and your practice history, organized by interview type (behavioral, situational, technical, role-specific, and general).

Practice sessions and feedback are AI-assisted. Where CareerNext combines AI output with a real coach's input -- for example in Coaching -- that distinction is always shown clearly, never blended together as if a human wrote something an AI generated.

It uses what CareerNext already knows about your documented skills and the career path matches Career Explorer has already computed, to prioritize a short, focused development plan -- not a browsable course catalog you have to search through yourself.

Your Dashboard shows a quick summary, and Learning & Upskilling's own Progress tab has the full picture -- items completed, in progress, and planned.

Coaching is CareerNext's human-support layer -- your assigned ClearPointHCO coach, connected to what you're actually working on across Career Explorer, Smart Job Apply, Interview Center, and Learning & Upskilling. It covers your coach's profile, sessions, goals, action plan, coach recommendations, resources, and progress.

It depends on your CareerNext package or program. Check the CareerNext Access section of Account Settings to see exactly what's included, or open Coaching directly -- it will tell you plainly if it isn't part of your current access.

In Account Settings, under Personal Information.

CareerNext uses the same sign-in as your ClearPointHCO Client Portal account. Change your password there, or use "Forgot password" on that login page if you're locked out.

Account Settings' CareerNext Access section lists your current package or program, what's active, and your access start and end dates -- pulled live from your real entitlements, never a generic list.

In your ClearPointHCO Client Portal -- the same secure system CareerNext uses for sign-in. CareerNext never stores card or bank account information itself.

Contact your ClearPointHCO coach or the ClearPointHCO team, or use your Client Portal if your plan offers self-service cancellation. Your CareerNext Access will always reflect your real, current status.

You, and ClearPointHCO staff and your assigned coach where their role requires it. If your program is employer-sponsored, your employer sees only aggregate, program-level reporting -- never your individual activity or coaching detail.

CareerNext reuses your existing ClearPointHCO Client Portal sign-in rather than creating a second, separate login and password to manage.
